Lots and Lots of Pumpkins!

I love pumpkins as pumpkins or as jack-o-lanterns.  I’m not a fan of eating pumpkins but my husband is.  He LOVES pumpkin.  I’ve gathered up 31 new pumpkin recipes in honor of the 31 days of October.  I’m sure Don can’t wait for me to get in the kitchen and try some of these out.

There are deserts of course along with chili, soup and a pasta.  I’ve also thrown in a few drinks and some great ideas for breakfast. There is even a recipe for Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream.
